Science Day
On Monday, 30th November Class 3 and Class 2 enjoyed an eventful day, full of Science. In the morning they learnt about the solar system, made planets, researched facts such as: how far away the different planets are from the sun? In the afternoon they learnt about non-Newtonian fluids such as Oobleck. They enjoyed putting their hands into this gooey substance and you can see from the photos below how they enjoyed the experience and the surprising properties of Oobleck. Evie was speechless and she won’t mind us saying that this doesn’t happen often! Oobleck is an incredible substance, having liquid AND solid properties. AMAZING!
