As part of our science this week the Year 1 children received a challenge - 'It is all very exciting at Barlow HQ - There has been lots of poo (chocolate scented playdough) found in and around the village from some new animals that have just been discovered. Your task is to investigate whether these animals are carnivores, herbivores or omnivores? We are looking forward to hearing about your findings!' The children were eager to take on the challenge and used all of their investigative skills and the knowledge that they had gained about what carnivores, herbivores and omnivores eat to hunt for clues to help them arrive at their conclusions.
