A couple of weeks ago three of our Class 3 pupils, Eva, Erin and Annelise, decided that they were so concerned about the lack of access that some girls have to sanitary products that they took it upon themselves to write to the Prime Minister about it. Their letter was duly posted and this week the girls received a reply from the Government Correspondence Officer, confirming that their letter had been received and forwarded to the Department of Health and Social Care, where it would be reviewed.
A huge well done to the girls for putting their concerns into words and doing so in such a mature and eloquent way, we are hugely proud of them, look out for future updates. Pictured are Erin, Eva and Annelise, proudly posing with their recently received reply letter.
