This week we had a special visitor at our Music and Movement Club. Darcy Calvert is a dance athlete who competed at the World Championships in April, bringing home a bronze and silver medal for the two categories she competed in! We were very lucky to have her come and show us her beautiful outfits, her medals and even teach us some new moves for our own dance routine!
Maria says 'She was really nice, I really like the moves and I keep practising them. She is the best dancer I have ever seen. I love dancing!'
Oliver says 'It was very exciting! The best bit was when Darcy was spinning, it was amazing and now I can spin too!'
