What an incredible first residential trip for our Year 4 children! As we arrived at Kingswood, the amazing weather set the perfect scene for our action-packed adventure. On the very first day, the children couldn't wait to dive into the excitement, enjoying thrilling activities like abseiling, flying down the zip wire, and testing their creativity in buggy building.
As the sun began to set, we gathered around the campfire, sipping delicious hot chocolates and sharing laughter and stories. It was truly a magical evening that many of us won’t forget!
The second day brought even more excitement as we tackled archery and climbing. It was impressive to see the determination in each child as they faced their fears head on, showing enthusiasm and bravery that left us all bursting with pride.
Every child threw themselves into the activities with gusto, making the most of this fantastic opportunity. It was heartwarming to watch friendships blossom and confidence grow throughout the trip. We can't wait for more adventures like this in the future! Here's to our first residential being a smashing success!
