Emma has been a Governor for the federation since 2018, firstly as a Co-opted Governor and then re-appointed as the Staff Governor when the three schools federated . Emma works as a Trainee Teacher in Class 3 at Chapel Haddlesey Primary, due to complete her training in May 2022. She has two children who attend schools within the federation.

Rev Anna Burr is a retired Church of England Priest with a deep interest in education. After 11 years association with Chapel Haddlesey School, as the incumbent of St John the Baptist Church, Anna helped to guide the development of the White Rose Federation and now serves as Co-Chair of the Board of Governors. She is delighted to be able to continue to serve our wonderful schools, their pupils and staff.

After many years of teaching in primary school, Anne is now enjoying her retirement time to follow her interests: music (playing piano and singing), reading, gardening, sewing and most of all being with her grandchildren. She continues to feel a deep commitment to providing inspiring, challenging and enjoyable opportunities for all children, nowadays through her role as governor.
