Eva and Jesse's North Korea Presentation

Jesse and Eva gave a confident PowerPoint presentation to their class, focusing on facts about North Korea, culminating in a quiz at the end for their classmates to participate in.  Mrs Hugill and Mrs MacDonald were extremely proud of the research that Jesse and Eva did and how they worked together in collaboration.  Here are some of the facts from their presentation: -

• The North Korean city of Pyongyang has the world’s largest stadium, boasting a seating capacity of 150,000. This stadium is used for football, athletics and mass games.
• On January 23, 1968, North Korea captured “USS Pueblo (AGER-2),” a Banner-class environmental research ship commissioned by the U.S. Navy.  It is the world’s only nation to capture and retain a U.S.  Navy ship to date.
